Fiberlaser VENTIS-3015AJe (6kW) & loading / unloading tower ASF II-3015 EU
With the VENTIS-3015AJe 6 kW, AMADA presents a laser cutting system that impresses with its revolutionary flexible beam guidance.
With a 6kW fiber laser resonator (with the best beam quality) and only one laser module without a power combiner a performance can be achieved that is usually achieved by 8 or 10kW systems. Thanks to the innovative LBC technology, the machine can oscillate the laser beam in the kerf according to specified patterns. All of this leads to significantly increased cutting speeds for both thin and thick sheet metal. The surface roughness achieved is unparalleled in the fiber laser sector and is qualitatively comparable to that of a CO2 laser. At the same time, the otherwise common fiber laser dross can be almost completely eliminated. Due to the significantly higher processing speed, there is also a saving effect per manufactured part, since the required energy and the use of gas are significantly reduced.
The ASF II-3015 EU loading/unloading tower, which is designed for sheet metal formats of 3.000 x 1.500mm, not only works purely electrically without hydraulics, but also has a new, unique pallet changer. This operates according to a new rolling system in such a way that the raw material is always on the upper pallet and the cut material always leaves the laser machine on a lower level. This prevents remnants from falling from the upper panel onto the lower panel and causing collisions. The storage system can be used in the automatic, semi-automatic or manual mode via its single sheet pallet that can be loaded manually.
